Go to Truprint and send them your foto and they will do it for you, it costs about £10 per mug (they don't do cups) - unless they have special offer on like they did for Valentine's Day when you could get 2 for a tenner, oh and they charge postage and packing, but they are well worth it.

on walmarts website you can upload a pic and put it on many different products, including cups. Most are very easy to do!

Take it to a print shop. I work at The Digital Post, we put pictures on mugs for about $15.00. You can even get text on them if you want

you can do it professionally by cafepress.com, they have good prices. also, shutterfly.com does it.
you will have to upload pretty high res pics so that the quality is good.
