When do they drug test you for Military? At the physical or At the time you leave?? I really want to serve my country but smoked with somechick from my dorm. Wish i hadnt but I was drunk... :(

So wait til it passes......thats only a few weeks....They can do it whenever they want too. Also after you join they can random test you as much as they want too.

I was drug tested for the first time at the physical, and then as soon as I got to boot camp. After boot camp, there are two types of drug tests. The first type is a 100% drug test across your entire unit. For my battalion in the Marines, that occured about twice a year. The other was a "random" drug test. Yeah, they say it is random drug testing based on the last digit of your SSN, but I would definately disagree with that. I recall during the month of November of 2001, I was selected for three "random" drug tests within a two week period. So, I'll let you judge how random you thing that is. I didn't do drugs, but I disliked it simply because it was a hastle. It seems like they would come and tell you about the drug test immediately after you had gone to the restroom. And, of course, you would have to remain at the drug testing location until you filled the bottle.

Do not talk to your recruiter about this. DO NOT talk to anyone about this. Just be sure that when you go to MEPS for your physical that it has been longer than 3 days since you smoked. You also do not want to have alcohol in your system.

As for the question of when they test, they do it a lot! They will do it at MEPS when you take your 1st physical. They will do it again when you return to MEPS to be shipped out to Basic Training. They will do it during Basic Training. They will test you doing AIT. You will be randomly tested throughout your military career.

Stay away from elicit drugs and you will be fine. Good luck and remember this: Keep your head down, your mouth shut and do not volunteer for anything. That will get you through Basic Training and AIT. After that, you should have it figured out and know when you should and when you shouldn't speak.

They do drug tests all the time. DO NOT tell anyone that you smoked! Drink Drink Drink water and them drink some more water.... get that crap out of your system.
The way they do drug tests is like this.
They take samples from a bunch of people and dump it all into one container. Then they test that container. If they get a positive on that - they call all the people whos samples are in that one container for a re-test. This is a way to save money.
You have some time to get it out of your system - but you better start now!

Talk to your recruiter and be honest that you smoked pot, or wait for it to clear your system.

You will get tested right before you swear in after the physical. If you flunk the test they will tell you to come back when you are clean. Beware once you join the military smoking pot, becomes a lot more serious. Subject to a dishonorable discharge.

if it is your first piss try on the processing station, you're able to bypass in the different case they wont assist you to sign your settlement. regardless of the undeniable fact that, in case you fail the try, theyll provide you ninety days to get sparkling and take one lower back. as quickly as your in the militia, it relies upon ony our unit. my unit promises a piss try no much less then a million week after each and each prolonged weekend. prolonged, of course meaning longer than 2 days. every time you come back lower back on your station from bypass away time you're given a drug attempt to boot. the drug tests for each drug, which contain salvya, so appropriate suggestion would be do stay sparkling for long adequate to bypass any try.

I don't know when they test but you can use a detox from a health food store and that will clear your system up in 2 days. Tell the people in the store what you need and make sure you read the label. My friend bought one and it worked it cost about 30 bucks though, sorry I don't remember the name.I believe GNC might carry some too, they're like $50 though.

They drug test you for your physical. You will get another test as soon as you go to Basic training. Whenever you go on any type of leave they normally test you again.

THC will remain in your body for 30 days, maybe longer. It will remain in your HAIR FOLLICLES much longer. There are random urinalysis throughout the year. When I was in...back in the days of Noah's ark....we were called by the last 2 digits of our SSN.
