Upgrade your DirecTV box to the HD PVR. We've got one and it's wicked! You can record and watch something different at the same time, or record two different shows at once and watch a show you had already recorded. It records in HD too and the hard drive is huge so you'd almost never run out of space. If you don't already have at least an HD receiver for your HDTV you need to upgrade your box and fully utilize your HDTV investment! What about a home theatre? You can use it towards a powered sub or a new home theatre receiver. Got Dolby Prologic? Sell it and upgrade to Dolby Digital / DTS 6.1! What about your computer? Running a little slow? Running out of hard drive space? How about a couple sticks of RAM or a 300Gb hard drive? There's all sorts of things you could buy or at least get a good discount off of using that gift card. Don't forget, you can use your giftcard on BestBuy.com so you don't even have to go to the store if you don't want to.
