Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

What u can do is drink flaxseed. U can get this at any Mexican or Latin American store. It only costs 11 dollars and all u have to do is mix it in ur favorite drink 15 minutes before a meal 2 times a day. I garanty u'll loose all the extra weight.

what you are trying to do is not healthy,loosing 12 pounds a month for the next 5 months is going to mess with your body mind and moods don't do it .instead go for 5 pounds a month for the next 5 months and work on toning up. you will be happier and so will the people that care for you.

Don't eat any sugar or carbs. You'll go into ketosis and lose weight really quickly. The Atkins Diet works really well.
