strep or some sinus infection. drink lots of water, chicken soup, echinacia, orange juice, sudafed, theraflu, the usual.... make sure to show everyone tissues with green discharge. If it gets worse go see a doctor.

Go stand in front of the mirror and open your mouth wide and say "Ahh". See any white dots on your throat? If so, you have strep. But I dont' think that's it, because every single time I've had, my throat closed up in a matter of hours. The green discharge is bad news, always means a sinus thing. Drowsyness usually comes with being sick. Sounds like you need antibiotics, hon. I'd warrent a trip to the doctor.

Besides your other symptoms the 'stiff, soar neck' really caught my eye. Stiff, soar neck can be a symptom of Meningitis.That is not a good sign. Go see a doctor asap!

Sinus infection if you have green discharge. You have to go to the doctor to get an antibiotic.
