Normally milk is good for 4 hours without refridgeration.
However, since this is your child, I would not recommend leaving it out for longer than 1 hour since bacteria can easily get into the sippy cup and your daughter does not have an immune system built up yet.

With a sippy cup, saliva gets into the milk along with mouth bacteria. It starts the decomposition of the milk. When you find the cup after the nap, dump it. If she leaves it at the table at a meal, dump it as you fix the next meal. A couple of hours wont cause a problem.

If it is in a insulated sippy probably about two hours but when i was young and didn't know any better I would put my son to bed every night with a cup of milk and wake up the next day to him still drinking it! It didnt smell and he was just fine.....but i wouldn't advise this.

I have a daughter who drinks milk in her tippy cup too. You'll want to throw it away after two to three hours. If you leave it longer, bacteria will start to form. It is OK to have it out longer--my dad once drank a glass of milk that was six hours old--but since it's a toddler you'll want to take extra caution. Milk actually holds up fairly well though. Even at six hours it was OK for my dad.

If you have any doubts that it might not be good any more, just throw it away. 50 minutes? A few hours? Depends on the temperature in the room.

anything perishable, that needs refrigeration, is only good for four hours. You also have to assume that it has sat on loading docks and in trucks for about two of those hours. If you put milk in cold it has to warm up past 40F. Once that happens you have two hours.

Dairy products are only consumable for a maximum of 2 hours. When it comes to children i would definately stay well within that time frame.

I wouldn't leave it in there for more than an hour. Bacteria is a feeding ground in warm wet environments.
