Bladder infections are often caused by fecal bacteria:
1. from a lot of sex
2. Wiping from back to front (wrong way)
3. Wearing non-cotton underwear
4. Bubblebaths
5. Constipation

Myth....Bladder infections can be caused from a few different things.
-holding your urine
-dirty underwear (cotton are the best to wear you need to let air flow down there)
-if any fingers go in you and there dirty or have dirt under the nails that also causes bladder infections
- Guys can also have bladder infections and not know it and pass it on to you....
