You just have to get used to their "new" look. The skin might be sagging if they didnt exercise, and just lost it through diet pills, or diet alone. But even if it is sagging it will go away once the skin adjust to it.

First of all the fact is, an obese person is deformed due to all the excess adipose tissue hanging on their body frame. When an obese person loses a good amount of weight they appear different looking because their body has changed and certain facial features become defined. Yes they look different and they did really physically change. If a person loses a good amount of weight , yes the skin will sag and they will have stretch marks that, unfortunately will not ever go away! However, it's better to be average weight and healthy , worrying about sagging skin is nothing compared to the health risks of being obese!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. Sagging skin is the result of too fast loss of weight.

lend322,
I know what you are talking about. Not only is the skin saggy but they also look a bit older and their skin complexion is just not quite right. Their hair often looks dull and lifeless.
That look is often attributed to those who have lost weight too quickly or have neglected one or two food groups while dieting.
If one diets and sticks to 1-2 pounds a week and eats a variety of foods, you don't get that look. You look vibrant and healthy, just thinner. Most people are looking for a quick fix so they crash diet.
They avoid certain foods groups entirly and their health suffers. They also often neglect to take a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement while they are dieting.
If someone loses weight slowly, their skin will shrink with them as they lose weight, but if they lose it too quickly, the skin does not go back to shape and they will have saggy skin forever unless they undergo surgery.
Now you know why the experts also say to lose weight slowly and to avoid fad diets.

Ironic, I in basic terms went 5 days devoid of eating besides final week, observed the comparable element. whether it is the water protecting itself. espresso is solid as you have been, yet additionally eco-friendly tea, and if oyu ensue to have the sweetener Xylitol that extremely enables..yet warning, you would be working to the rest room alot for extra or less 30 minutes. I do a hundred crunches. And in case you could handle a run or motorcycle experience that extremely gets the water weight. you would be like a pound or 2 lighter after that, in case you do no longer reimburse the water this is. i do no longer think of starving your self is a robust theory, yet I do it too, and that i comprehend how lots it hurts to experience such as you have gained an oz., so solid success!

They probably just look weird to you because you're not used to their new look. But weight loss can make your skin a little looser and wrinklier-looking, so we each have to decide if we'd rather look plump and smooth or slim and slack!
