Hey,
I'm allergic to oranges, and no, you cannot drink orange juice. The weird part is for me, I'm allergic to the peel, not the actual fruit inside, so if oranges didn't have the peel then I could drink it. Some allergies (like oranges if they aren't too severe) can go away after a certain amount of time. For example, if you are 20, then by the time your 40 you might be able to have oranges and orange juice.

I would say no, unless you're allergic to a specific compound in an orange that has been removed from the juice.
