With patience and calm. Her pregnancy won't last forever, it does a number on the woman physically and emotionally (all those hormones, etc.). And if you think this is bad, wait until the baby comes. Then you'll see mood swings galore.
Think of this as practice for what lies ahead. Being a parent is the hardest yet most wonderful job and kids are the champions of mood swings.

LEMME TELL YA.............this is coming from a mother of 3 girls. 6,2, and 3 months old.
Your wife is carrying a child. Her body is stretching out of control, she thinks she's fat and ugly. Her hormones are all screwed up. Giving birth is a natural thing, women do it everyday........BUT,,,,there is always that risk of something going wrong. She has that to worry about. Her feet are probably swollen, and she might not have the energy she had before. All you need to do is be there for her. Listen to her complain, and don't be a jerk about it. you are not the one that has to carry this child. Back pain, loss of breath , gaining weight and all this other stuff. SO, quit worrying about yourself and how to deal with her. She has enough on her plate as it is. Enjoy your time with her now because after this baby comes, no more alone time for mommy and daddy!
Just think, pretty soon....you will be a daddy, and you'll forget about all this mood swing stuff.
Oh, I almost forgot. The mood swings don't always go away after the baby comes. Just please be understanding to the fact that she just gave birth and she's probably not feeling all that great about herself.

JUST DO IT! Appreciate that your wife's hormones are bouncing all over the place at this time. It's not her fault - it's just the way human biology is.
Be attentive, patient, affectionate, and understanding. If things get too out of hand, take a break for a while, and then come home with a fresh perspective.
And remember... it will only last for a few more months.

Understand that your wife is going through some emotional and physical changes. A human life is growing inside of her, so how weird is that? Get plenty of rest and exercise and try to see the humorous side of things. In a few months, you'll have a beautiful son or daughter who'll think you're the greatest guy in the world. It's well worth waiting for, my friend.

How pregnant is she?
My ones 30 weeks, and cracks it hardcore! When she goes off her brain I try rational calm talking. Recognise her tongue as being a byproduct of her condition - a condition I inflicted. When she calms down she can usually recognise her mood was hormone driven and will apologise for it.
You've got to give her some leeway here - it's not her fault.

there's nothing you really can do. You just have to keep telling yourself that she cant control her moods and understand what shes going through. try to stay out of her way, pregnant women get annoyed easily. help to make her pregnancy easier by doing things that she normally do and ask to rub her feet. find something to keep your self busy. just imagine yourself carrying a baby for nine months and imagine the backaches, frequent urinating, constant eating got the point, i thought you would LOL

keep reminding her that u love her and your baby and give her time to relax when shes getting stressed,do your fair share of cooking, cleaning, washing ect and by her some nice bubble bath and papering stuff some cooling gel for her feet (good for late months of pregnancy and make her feel loved, and maybe even make your bedroom extra relaxing tidy, new bed linnin, some fairy lights soft pillows what ever so she has a place to go and relax when she feels stress,
that will also give you some time out.
good luck with the baby :)

Its really simple. Fill the house with chocolates and the freezer with ice cream(more than 1 flavor), tell her she's the most beautiful woman in the world and then take off to your local pub. Good luck!!!

Lock her up outrside for an hour, take all the food away, and smack her on the nose with a rolled up news paper, if that doesn't work take her to your local vet and have her put down

just deal with it. give her everything she wants/needs.
she's only like this because she's pregnant, and you fathered the child.
say yes hun/baby/whatever you call her.
dont say yeah, okay, sure.
the word 'yes' is very polite.
you should be nice to her and dont disagree with her bc it will make her even more mad than she already is.
