Ok, so last nite i backed up my car into a parked car. a parked car in which my brother and his friends were smoking weed lol. thing is, i'm a relatively new driver and i dont have my license yet only my permit. i know that my insurance will go up but will my permit be revoked?

The only way your permit will be affected, is if the police were involved. Otherwise, the insurance company shouldn't notify the DMV that you were driving.
But, you should be aware, that there is a chance that, if you were driving by yourself, and you weren't supposed to be, your insurance may not cover it.
You may also want to consider just paying for the damage up front, out of pocket. Because if you have your insurance take care of it....it will increase your rates...for anywhere from 3 to 7 years...and its going to cost you ALOT more in the long run.

well if you say that you were alone and not with a licensed driver 21 or older they may take it away most likely not though
