First of all, good job on losing so much weight in a month.

It's difficult for me to know whether your weight is due to muscle you have accumulated from your workouts or if there is still quite a bit of fat that you could lose. Your BMI is normal (but at the high end of the normal spectrum--which is fine).

The only possibility to me is that you're not eating enough. Yep...not enough. If you're eating less than 1600 calories a day, you're not eating enough. Upping your daily caloric intake to 1600-2000 (assuming that it's lower now) should allow you to lose the love handles. It should keep your metabolism high enough so that your body doesn't think that you are starving and needing to preserve access fat. Your body may be attempting to keep your metabolism low because of the low amount of food it is receiving. And if that is the case it will make it very difficult to lose the last bit of fat.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

14 lbs in a month. Why are you complaining? It takes time my friend. Six packs are not created in a month. Keep it up and you'll see the shredded washboard. fyi: for most people, myself included, the lovehandles are usually the last of the abdominal subcutaneous fat stores to get burned off.

This is just my opinion right...following a repetitive routine, the body may get use to it and reach a saturation point, so maybe try other things for ideas check out http://www.geocities.com/lcming/diet
