Eat only when hungry. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Bananas are great food. Capaccino? I love it, but not really part of a diet. You should have them make it with Skim milk.

I don't like the sound of the rest of the diet.

yeah send one over here.
banana is good, potassium, and prevents dehydration..I have been working out lately and have been reading up on it,I was having cramps in my legs when running, but bananas solved the problem.
Oh yeah ,what 's better then to rev up your metabolism than a delicious cappuccino .

That sounds really healthy and yummy to me. You are getting a serving of dairy and fruit. Plus, some of us just need the caffeine.
