Actually you have more than enough time to go.....if you're doing everything right it should talke about 30-40 mins 3-4 times a week to see a drastic improvement in yourself.......maybe you should rethink how you've been going about working out

I have been working out 5 days a week for a little over a year now (while working full time). Before that I was working out 3 days a week (working full time and then attending graduate school at night). I needed to make it into one of my priorities. Eventhough I may be tired out times, I push myself to go to the gym because that is the hardest part; once I am there I enjoy it. At this point, if I don't go to the gym, I feel guilty about it so that just pushs me to go.

But working 12 hrs a day would be tough. You can find other activities that you can do at home (such as running or an exercise video or maybe even buy home equipment) so that you don't have to waste time commuting to the gym.

I usually work from 7:00 to 5:00 everyday and even work on weekends. I have one son too. I am the only one to do the cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc...and I still find time to go to the gym 6 days a week and my work outs are never shorter than 1 hour. Most of the time, I work out for two hours. One hour of cardio and one hour of strength training. I still have time for sleeping, eating, spending time with my son and a social life. You just have to really want it to make time for it just like anything else in your life. You should be asking yourself if you have time for all the health problems that go with not working out.

If it's something you want to do you'll find the time. But if you can't make it to the gym, you can always do a workout at home or go for a run.

What about your lunch hour? I usually hit the gym then have a sandwich during my lunch.

Sacrifice, if you really want to you will make time but you might have to sacrifice a bit. Trust me it is well worth it.

Not that I'm bragging, but I do. I work 7am-3:30pm and have no kids.
