Get off of the computer, and work out!
I'm not talking about working out your left or right arm by lifting a drink, I mean just get exercise, and your metabolism will increase allowing your weight to go away, and your ability to eat whatever you want without the weight gain.'

Metabolism has to do with muscle, the more you have, the more fat you burn naturally.

A beer belly is actually more a result of hard liquor drinks, I just read. Also lead in for heart disease.
You know what you need to do so stop sitting in front of the damned 'puter and go take a walk!

Try walking 45 minutes a day and cut back on your calories. You can still drink some beer as long as your calories are low (no more than 1800 a day).
