I am currently in a weird situation. I've been together with my current girlfriend for more than a year now. Well she started law school about 6 months ago and ever since she feels like I don't support her!

Well, I've told her numerous times and even showed her that I support her decision by helping her with her work, taking her to school which is 45 minutes away, motivating her to go school and so on. On the other hand, I told her that I dislike her decision about being a lawyer because I think they're scumbags and they walk around with an air of self-entitlement and think they're hotshit. Ever sit down with a criminal lawyer and see how he treats you? My point exactly.

So thats my question, do you think its possible to support someones decision but disagree with their choice?

I think yes, she thinks no!

Ohhh...lordy! I loved your question. You don't have to call lawyers scumbags though. BUT, YOUR ACTIONS speaks and they are edvidence to what you really believe in. You said "I support her decision by helping her with her work, taking her to school which is 45 minutes away, motivating her to go school and so on." She thinks you agree, because of your actions!!! She thinks you agree because your helping her with her work, taking her to school which is 45 minutes away, motivating her to go school and so on. I'm against alcohol, and if I take anybody to the store and they buy alcohol...they walk back! I let them know ahead of time that if they buy it, they walk. My actions back up what I say! The only thing I have about lawyers is that if they know the person is guilty, they will try to get them off if the price is right!
