The Language Of love.... Please help!?

My name is Jessica, For those of you who don' know me :)
I guess I'll start off by telling you a bit about my situation,
About 3 months ago, A spanish speaking family of 7 moved into my apartment complex, And they live right below me... Well they have 2 little daughters who's names are Samantha & Cynthia. Samantha is 7, and Cynthia is 5. I met these two young girls one day, And I soon became very fond of them, I learned that their dad and the two young girls are the only 3 people in their house that speak English, Samantha and Cynthia have 3 cousins that live with them, So it's the two young girls, their mom & dad, as well as 3 cousins. Over these past 3 months, I have become VERY fond of one of her cousins named Pablo ( Paul ) And He has become very fond of me as well, I have been studying Spanish with this family since the day I met them, And I am learning very quickly.... But I feel like I have really fallen for this guy Pablo...

But we can't speak eachothers language, yet. We study every day for hours and hours, A lot of time and effort has gone into this relationship already, and I dont want to give up on it. . . My parents have no idea about this relationship between him & I. I haven't told them because I'm afraid they will get rather upset about it, And restrict me from seeing him, My parents are very outgoing & down to earth people, They are wonderful, And loving.... It kills me that I'm not telling them about this relationship because all they ask for is honesty, they just want me to tell them how I feel and what's actually going on in my life, They hate liars, And they have tried to raise me to be completely honest to others, myself and them as well.

The only reason I haven't said anything to them, Is because of the fact that Pablo can't speak English that much, And my parents like to get to know the man that I am interested in..... They want to know his intentions, and his goals in life, They don't interrogate him or anything, they just wanna know who he is... that's it. They are always so polite to the guys that I have been interested in, in the past.

And with Pablo not speaking English, I'm afraid that it will be a major problem, Actually, I know it will be a major problem, So I was just hoping to wait, and teach him more English in hopes that he will learn quickly, and I can tell my parents about this relationship we have between eachother. My parents are very smart people, And they know me like the back of their hands, They can usually read me like a book, And that's a problem in this case, Because Pablo always buys me things, Even though I keep asking him not to, He is always buying me things, And he says it's just because he wants to make sure that I realize that he truley cares about me, And he doesn't exactly know how to express it, So he continues to buy me things......... But my parents will notice these things, And ask where it is that I got them, And I usually don't know what to say, because I honestly dont want to lie to them...

I love my parents. I just want to be honest, And live happy.... But Pablo truly satisfies my heart to the deepest depths possible.


- Now that you are aware of the situation ....

My questions are...

1 ) Do you think we are completely crazy for being interested and dating each other though we can't speak each others language?

2 ) Is it possible, In your opinion for this relationship to go somewhere in life... Somewhere positive?

3 ) Now that I gave a little bit of information on my parents, What should I do in your opinion... Should I continue lying until Pablo can speak English, Or just tell them now.. orr what?

that is utterly great. I think that is the best way to really know a person, bit by bit.... taking your time to really empathise with the other's feelings, rather than trying to use your "judgement..." ....

It is very likely, that this relationship of yours is only made possible because of your linguistic difficulties, and be due to the fact that you must find a way to overcome them.... but if you really love each other... the language of love is what you will develop with time... your bond could be really profound...

but it is best to keep a secret for the time being... until he is able to tell you what are his intentions... than yourself could explain it to your parents...

for one the guy above is an idiot, he doesn't even know correct English grammar.

I am Mexican, and what i have learned throughout my 24 going on 25 years of experience and life is that love is love. no matter what the race, gender, height, etc.etc. you get my drift. doesn't matter. As long as you guys are both in love with each other nothing else should matter. everything else will fall into place, trust me on this. before you know you will know enough Spanish to communicate with him and he will know enough English to communicate with you.

If you both care for each other and don't let idiots talk you out of it (like the idiot above) everything will work out.

Langage mever been a problem in the world . Your friend pablo live in America ; so where's the problem to learn English .
your friend is not a drunk , drug dealer , psycho , criminal . So why you're a fraid . I don't ask you to marrie him today ; I ask you to give hime more time to learn language , to understand where he lives . And ( and that is the most important thing) to give you time to understand more & more the guy & the family you love.
Why youre in hurry ???? Are you 39 ?????
