Has anyone tried drying fruit in a convection/toaster oven?

Because of the circulating air of the convection process, does this method work best or not at all for drying fruits?

it should work just fine, you may need to adjust the temp setting just a little.
i have made Fruit leathers. it works great.

you can roast Almonds kaju etc on medium oven heat .Very Very roasty taste
