yes, I find when I have washed my hair in the morning then it is more receptive to styling products and my style lasts. If I wash my hair the night before then, when I wake up, it's all flat and doesn't sem to hold the styling products very much.

I wash my hair in the morning before going to work. I don't use any styling products on it and it's quite easy to manage as it's long and perfectly straight so I only have to dry it (5 min job) so it's a relatively simple process!!!

For short hair its definately best to wash it in the morning just before styling, if you do it at night it would probably need doing again in morning as it will get greasy and sweaty overnight, which is more noticeable on mens hair because its shorter

I find that it's easier to style my hair after washing it. If I wash it the night before, it goes frizzy and relaxed and when i go to straghten it, its harder to get the kinks out. I also doesn't look as clean and shiny. I hate getting up early in the morning with a passion but it's a sacrafice that sometimes has to be made in the name of beauty.

I find that if my hair dries naturally the night before it goes really really frizzy. So, providing I can be bothered I would normally opt to wash my hair in the morning and style it straight away. Much more tame.

I have long hair, and it has to be washed every morning without fail for two reasons:
1) My hair is fine and is useless if not washed before styled
2) I can't bear the thought of not washing my scalp after being asleep - I wouldn't get up in the morning without washing my body, so why wouldn't I wash my scalp?; it's a part of my body too.

In the morning your hair is actually supposed to have more nutrients so its relaxed. so try in washing it in the night. then use some of the more expensive styling products. they may b more expensive but you can use less and it will do the job alot better.

i have really long and thick hair so it depends on how i want to do it. if i need my hair to be dry in the morning i'll wash it before i go to bed... or if i planning on using some kind of styling product usually i'll need it to be wet to spread the product around. i know you're prob not in the exact same situation as me but i hope that helps.
