You can see 15 Curtis Robey entries at the ZABASEARCH site for the USA. Is that where you live? If not, you can search using the internet to find White Pages by country. Then use the phone books that come up.
There are also private investigations.
If it is possible that he is deceased, try Family Search, of FreeBMD, of the Peoplefinder site.
