It's not that difficult...we are people too...Talk to her for couple of minutes, be natural, don't try to look like "tough guy" that can have any girl he wants,this is the misstake that almost all the boys do,make her one or two compliments, but don't make her fell you want to go out with her just because she is beautiful, make her fell that you are really intrested. Then ask her if she would like to go out with you sometime to watch a movie or to eat a pizza. It's very possible her to say yes. Good luck

if u really want 2 go out with her, find some courage n find a condusive environment n talk 2 her about how u feel about her and then ask if u could take her out. word of advise...b urself ok OR secondly, u invite her out b4 u tell her how u feel.

Every guy has his own way of approaching a girl. If you want to ask her out, just ask her in your own way.
BTW: Why do you say you "need" to take her out. You may want to date her, but you certainly don't need to. Needs come out of desperation, while wants are our desires. Which is it, a desire or a desperate need?

see when you ask a girl out you have to be real confident and act like you're talking to an ugly girl and pretend that she's just a friend then just ask hey i'd like to take you out somewhere somtime but don't forget to be confident because girls don't really like guys that are scared to ask them out

walk up to her make a short coversation with her and tell her that you have to go but you would like to continue the conversation some other time and ask her if she would meet you somewhere like at a coffee shop or a resturant....i hope it helps.
