I would usually use general anesthesia. Rhinoplasty can be an unpleasant procedure and most patients would want to be asleep for it.

You are placed under general anesthesia. That means you are rendered unconscious with gases until the surgery has ended.

General for sure. Nose augmentation can too be very painful as they chisel, break, pound, etc. I would not have it done if you were not under general anesthetic. Good luck.
