i have acne stuff i can use... should i put some on or try something else?

Dry it out. Those suck b/c they are under the skin,
Dont mess with it and try your acne meds.Warm compresses help bring it to the surface.

Put a warm washcloth on it several times a day.

I would try putting an ice pack on the pimple if it looks like a bruise. That's what my doctor says to put on bruises or bumps.

probably cystic acne. try using some benzaclin or something on it. DO NOT POP IT, it'll make everything worse (trust me...) or try some accurtane, persa gel, or just some toothpaste to dry it up. keep your skin moisturized with oil-free moisturizer or else you'll get even more pimples from the lack of moisture.

Hmmm, sounds like one of those deep ones that won't really 'pop'. I by no means encourage this, but what I've done in the past is use a thumbtack or something sharp to cut into it and 'drain it' so to speak. Very disgusting, yes, but it feels much better afterwards. Be careful not to cut your face up too much because it could leave a scar.

I suppose the prudent thing to do would be to just wait for it to go away.

Apply hot compresses and drawing salve, then when it comes to a head, squeeze the s*** out of it, then clean off the mirror.

Sounds like a herpes blister to me, I mean from your explanation. I used to date this girl who had herpes (also she died of aids, but we won't get into that)... anyway, you want to get that checked out.
