AHHH! I got my dress there and so did my sister they are AWESOME!!!

Just be aware, when you walk into the office its CRAPPY looking, dont get discouraged. My sister was ready to walk out she didnt believe me. But when you go through the doors to the gown rooms its like a fairytale land. All the walls are a pink champagne color and they have chandelliers everywhere. So awesome and very "bridal". The ladies there are awesome too, I had the best time picking out my dress there and so did my sister (who is a Yuppie business woman who is VERY hard to please)

Good luck!!!

ETA:Above is right, its more expensive there, but I have been in other weddings and used other bridal shops, there was nothing like the service and ambiance of Bridal Town, they are unmatched. Especially by Davids Bridal, you get what you pay for, in my opinion. It was worth the price of the gown to have someone who was extremely helpful and knowledgable and assigned to ONLY me for the entirety of my stay.

Edited again to add that I am so sorry to hear about the compaints against bridal town, my family really did have a great experience there, no complaints whatsoever, but if they have alot of recent complaints, I would be wary. I wonder if the ownership or management changed. I'd be interested to hear what you think after your experience too. Thats disappointing. Good luck in what you choose to do.

My cousin purchased her dress from Bridal town a few years ago. I found it to be a total rip off. She paid $2300 for her dress, slip, shoes, and headpiece and alterations. We were planning our wedding at the same time (she got married 7 months before me). I went to Group Usa and found the dress of my dreams for $350, my shoes for $31, my slip came with the dress and my veil was $35.00. I wore a tiara that cost $55.00 and had the veil add onto it for $10.00. Alteration were $50.00. I paid 1800.00 less then she did and she liked my dress more than her own. I will say this, by all means if this is what you want go to Bridal Town but check places like Group Usa and David's Bridal were you will most likely find your dress a lot cheaper. I live in Philadelphia and there is a Group Usa in Franklin Mills Mall. Check it out and congratulations on your wedding. by the way the extra money could go towards a better honeymoon. That is what we did with our money.

DONT GO THERE!!

I was going to go, but after I checked them out on better business bureau and saw that they had 22 unresolved complaints against them, I cancelled the trip! There are angry brides who have posted messages on all kinds of web sites about that place. Sorry to kill the excitement...I was a little let down myself.
