If this person is your friend and you tell them you love them while they love someone else, you risk the possibility of your relationship never being the same again.
You need to take a step back and decide, is this really love or something else? I truly believe that when one person truly loves someone, that someone feels the same.
Love is a very mysterious emotion. Did you know that if you eat a lot of chocolate you can replicate the same feeling that love gives you.
But to make a long answer short, don't tell him.

If they love someone else then even when you tell them you love them it wont change anything. But if you feel they need to know then say straight out how you feel dont try to make them guess because they wont figure it out while there preoccupied

Its probably best you keep that to yourself because it sounds like your setting yourself up for failure. If someone loves someone else they can't possibly love u too...and if they do then what makes u think once they love u they won't love someone else at the same time?!?!? Come on...spare yourself the drama and wait until the time is right and you both love each other or you find someone whose heart is wholly dedicated to you!!

You don't. If you love them then understand that your feeling might complicate a good relationship the share with someone else. There is nothing wrong with secrets.

you should have the guts to tell that someone that you love him or her because silence hurts more. and even though they love someone else, who cares? it's what you feel and all of us has the right to speak for himself and a freedom of expression. right? so, go for it and tell that person that you love him/her. :)

Just tell them right out. It may seem odd at first, but if it was meant to be, then he'll give you an answer as to what should go down. and if not, then he'll tell you he is sorry, but it can't be like that.

You tell them how u feel about them and hope they feel the same way but if they dont feel the same way about how u feel about them then understand.

grab all the guts you have walk up to them and tell them... "I love you" You will feel better after you do it. they might say no, but atleast you got your feelings out.
