I felt more fatigue than normal it is day 4 of my period and i still feel fatigued. Tired, etc. i know i do not drink water or eaten proper nutrients. do i have anemia or is this normal?

this is not my first period. I am 19years old and I had my period at 13years old. there is no more blod as usual.

It all depends how much blood you've lost. Are you bleeding more than normal. You're body usually makes up this blood loss & it shouldn't make you feel fatigued or become anemic. Do you have any other symptoms? It's good you're aware of your diet & water intake, why not work on this in the mean time. If you're concerned go see your doc. for a check-up, it wouldn't hurt.

Depending on your age you do get fatigued a little more with your period try a multivitamin or Iron pills or even grape juice for the added iron and make sure you drink alot of water

it depends if it's the first time you gor your period. cause usually the first 6 months you can have your period twice a month wich cause anemia. That's what I used to have and I was always really tired. You should tell your doctor about it.

u shud drink atleast 7 glasses of water in such a situation to keep urself hydrated cuz there's loss of body fluids from your body.but its a normal nothing to worry about.drink apple juice as much as u can.
