With your optimism returned, now is a great time for you to assert yourself to keep all the feelings of well being with you every minute of every day.
Keep yourself in check, stay alert to which way your emotions are heading. Your emotions play an important part as to the good things in life you allow to come to you. And let's face it, you are currently on a roll. Congratulations!!
Remember when the new job, another car and great new friends were things that you wanted and dreamed of? You were able to attract those things and allow them to enter into your life, keep dreaming of the next set of experiences you would like to attract; it was your optimism that sealed the deals for you then and will again with the dreams of you future.
The little ditty above can be used as a quick way to measure where we are and how we feel. The song can return us to calm, when we need it and peacefully restore the happiness we all seek. Just by being happy we are able to draw good things into our lives. This of course is one suggestion, you can create tools of your own to use.
Most importantly, no one MAKES us mad, sad or happy! We are all in control of our own emotions and truly have power to mold our experiences.

I am very glad that you're back in the swing. We as humans have the ability to be under the influence of others and the power to make our own destiny's. This is a fragile but cruel world we live in, with challenges faced everyday. My motto as always:

I'm not sure what you were going through but it is refreshing to know that people out there are willing to help themselves and take control of the things they are able to. Congrats on your new-found happiness and keep up the awesome positive attitude!
