If you don't know what personal hygeine is, you have MUCH bigger problems than your health project.
Your bigger problem is your personal health, and your reputation.
Personal hygeine is taking care of yourself. I.E. brushing teeth, combing hair, etc.

okay...well personal hygiene is like keeping your self clean. not letting your hair get really messy, showering, making sure you arent sickly dirty or something so that you dont have to worry about getting sick. personaly hygiene is keeping yourself clean, and making sure you dont smell, and washing up so you dont have really bad achne, or anything like that. it is a really really important part of everypersons life, and if not taken seriously, well just look at the dirtiest person in your class, you know they are dirty, and its because they dont have personal hygeine.

for your project have like examples of good hygeine, and bad hygiene are, and show people how they can maintaine their own personal hygiene...or in otherwords, how to stay clean.

Personal hygeine would be daily bath or shower, brushing your teeth, washing your hair, changing your clothes and using deodorant. Bascially it means what you do on a daily basis to keep clean.
