It depends. Out of the jar I'd have to go for Crunchy (it's more of a meal and doesn't get a stuck to the roof of your mouth) but I in a sandwich I would have to say smooth because the crunchy bits can tear the bread to shreds. Am I taking this too seriously???

crunchy is made out of smooth; crunchies are added later. So it takes longer process. To me, both are good for different options. Soft bread = smooth; grainy bread = crunch peanut butter.
But to eat healthy, pick natural peanut butter that does not have any other ingredients but peanuts and salt.

i think it depends on what mood your in for. but i like the skippy brand of both. especially if you want crunch. there extra crunchy peanut butter is awesome. there creamy version is just as good if you feel less crunchy that day

Ooooh. Generally I like crunchy, but my dad lives in Houston and he buys this smooth stuff called Jif peanut butter and it is oh-my-god, like peanut silk on a cloud. So now you know.

Definitely Crunchy, smooth gets stuck to your bridge of mouth, and teeth. Have tried it with Marmite, or Strawberry Jam yumyum
