D-a nailed it. Erythema and pruritis (swelling and itching) equals allergic reaction 90% of the time.

Take a Benadryl and 10:1 you'll feel better in no time. But try and think about what might have come in contact with your face to cause it.

All the best,

Honey, put something cold on them and call a doctor right now. It you're reacting this quickly, you want to get help right away. Aside from the cold, maybe try some cream, it might help. But, first things first, make sure it isn't the cream giving you the reaction! It all else fails, mix brown sugar and cold milk in a cup to make a paste, and rub it over the affect area, then wash it out. It might help if it's something on your skin or in your pores.
It could be that you might've gotten bit by something, it's happened to me before, but either way, it's still a reaction to some form of histamine. Best Wishes.

could be highway salt, may well be a snake bite, could be any style of issues, none of them would be clinically determined over the internet, the two way if the challenge keeps getting worse and clearly that's you may desire to seek for medical treatment NOW, call and emergency vet in case you may desire to yet get help from somebody with a DVM ASAP And BTW benadryl is between the few drugs that's used to handle the two people and canines, so it wasn't animal abuse to offer a dogs having what appeared like an allergic reaction benadryl, so make specific to tell the vet you gave it and how lots and whilst

It sounds like it could be allergies you could take some benadryl but that will make you drowsy. Of course the best thing to do is ask a Dr.
