Medical insurance is must by law for all the companies in KSA.
25% of basic as housing 10% of basic as transport allowance, and yearly 30 day paid vacation, yearly return air tickets.
If you have family status than medical for your family and yearly tickets will be added.

Every company in KSA should have medical insurance for their employees. (thatz a law)
