she eats non-veg foods, the next day lots of mucous goes in her stool..why is this happening..? pls answer.

A friend of mines son has this issue and the doctors attribute it to a short period of not having a regular bowel movement and then having one. Possibly there is something causing her to have larger bms than usual...

The digestive tract produces mucus to help waste travel more easily and to be excreted. (Learning this in my Anatomy & Physiology class, right now.) Just natures lubrication.

If you feel concern take her to see a doc.

could be irritable bowel syndrome or her gallbladder acting up. Go to the doc to find out for sure.
