No. Waiters and waitresses get tips because they work for far less than minimum wage (usually around $2.20 per hour) and depend on tips to make up the difference. Furniture movers are not under the same wage restrictions.
But if you ask them to do something extra, like moving other furniture, or placing it in an awkward location, a tip might be nice.

you sure should that delivery guy is very hard working and is doing something that most many people would drop dead from if they tried it . i am a mover and we are tipped and we should be this is the hardest job a person can have . we are polite despite being in homes with crazt people who think we can float around without touching the floor. people who think we should remove our shoes while we carry a fridge or other heavy object . no sense making the owner vacumm the floor if we can just subject he hard working person to a broken too .
yes tip the men 20 dollars if your couch is going on the first floor and its not very hard to get in . more if stairs are involved and still more if you have some narrow doors that make it nessasary to play around with the object to get it though or have to take the doors off. for one couch unless you are living in a crazy home then tip them 20 _+ additional 5 for each hassle they encounter.
now if your poor you can give them a beer or bottles of water or even go and get them some tim hortons coffee . things like that but we know when we are in a poor or less then rich home where the person is streched to afford the couch . then tips should be you being very polite and offering the drinks i suggested and if they do a good job ask for the bosses name so you can phone and give the movers / delivery mens names and say how pleased you were.

Last time I bought a sofa I tipped the guys that delivered it. I had them help me move the old sofa into the garage though. I could tell that they really weren't accustomed to getting tips.

Generally, no they are already getting paid. If they have to go through some excessive obstacles like a few flights of stairs then go ahead.
