Does the Bible ever say it is a sin to masterbate?

The bible doesn't mention it at all.
It mentions somebody who withdrew during sex and God killed him since he did it to avoid giving decedents to his brother.
Since his brother had died the decedents would have been counted as belonging to his brother.

Anyways masturbation isn't a sin. At least not a serious one. However it's never good to be tied to something you don't need for survival. Sex on the other side is meant for survival.
