He needs help from a credit repair agency. I highly doubt that he will get a mortgage with bad credit unless he has someone with impeccable credit to cosign for him. If he does get a mortgage from a company similar to The Mortgage Doctor, he will probably pay a very high interest rate, at least double. I would suggest renting until he can get his credit, liens and judgements clear. If these items were taken care of, I would call the creditors and ask them to remove the marks from his credit. Type Credit repair company into Google and compare prices from the different agencies that come up. Good Luck to your son.

There are several companies out there that can help. I am a Mortgage banker. I recommend going to a local Broker or Mortgage banker. you may have to fax or drop off a great deal of info. Some one that knows your area is also key.

Good Luck

YOUR SON WILL HAVE TO CLEAN UP HIS CREDIT AND PAY HIS LIENS. OTHERWISE HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A MORTGAGE.
