my daughters father who she has met once claimed her on his tax return promising to help with the things she needs now he wont give me anything and also wont give me her s.s. card back or her birth certificate he never so much as bought her a penny candy my mother and sister help me through the year with her is it tax fraud and how do i turn him into the irs?

there is a toll free number for the IRS
and im sure you can get it for the UK by googling "contact IRS"
on your computer. You have to talk to someone there and like
"file a claim" i think what happens is that you'll get an investigator
to talk to and go from there.


Good Luck all the way from USA, this guys sounds like a real
jerk.

1st contact the H&R block tax firm, & ask them what 2 do. Also, u can ask the IRS, the FBI, & your city's tax department-every city has a local department - is there any intercation of tax-fraud.
