Could be a pulled muscle - or a kidney infection - if it continues then get it checked out. Urine infection can sometimes give back ache - and low stomach cramps too. Most likely a strained muscle.

Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Trigger points are knots in the muscles making them tight which in turn causes them to apply pressure to nerves and other places.
