I think part of the problem is we're looking in the wrong places. Some women go looking for men in bar's, this mystifies me, cause who would want someone who hangs out there in the first place?
Sometimes it's just where we live, the availability of people, and social habits. It's a tough question and if I could answer it I'd be a rich, rich, woman...LOL

Lately there are a lot of single people around. I don't think it has anything to do with the career of the lady.
I think part of it is that sex is ready available, most men don't want to enter into a relationship when ladies are giving it up at a drop of a hat.

hey im 35 and still single. nothing wrong in that. Ive become to independent the thought of someone coming in and upsetting my life is scary. not that i dont want that to happen.
there are many reasons to still be single: happy that way,cant find decent bloke ( my problem),too independent etc
im sure when the time is right then she will find someone. Obviously the time isnt right just yet.

Because she chooses to be. Some women are self sufficient enough that they don't need to be married to have a complete life. She has the freedom to live to please herself without interference from others. As long as she is able to support her own lifestyle and is happy with her life, why get married just to satisfy others ideas of what is "normal".

She's not interested in marriage
She's not a nice person
She's gay
She intimidates guys
She's shy
She's not open to taking risks
She's not met the right guy yet

Maybe she doesn't get out much. Maybe she is intimidating because of her financial success. Maybe something about her personality is off-putting somehow. Maybe she is afraid.
