If it stopped delivering heat there are a variety of possibilities.

1. Flap that redirects air over the heater core is not working.
(This can be electrical or mechanical)
2. Heater core is clogged and not redirecting radiator fluid into the heater core.
3. Thermostat is stuck open and coolant is not heating up enough for you to get heat.
4. Low coolant levels in vehicle.

A fuse is possible as well as the thermostate.
The thermostate waits until the water is warm enough then oens and sent the heated water to create heat.
It could be the fan (you didn't mention if that's working and you are just getting cold air from it)

You need more explanation of your problem.Did the fan quit working or did it quit making heat all together. You want to make sure there is plenty of coolant in the radiator.
