Does my 2005 Santa Fe have AWD when in reverse?

It's AWD and this is the first time I've driven it in the snow. It doesn't feel like it drives AWD when in reverse. Can't find the anser in the manual or online. Anybody know how to figure it out?

in a nutshell:

remember awd mean one wheel spin in front and one wheel in back...not all four at once.

What a dumb question AWD means "all wheel drive" it does not mean "all wheel drive in forward only"

If it has AWD going forward, then it does in reverse, also.
