Are there substitutes for Epoetin injection in tablet/capsule forms?

No, it has to be given via subcutaneous injection. But, there are some new formulations that only require an injection once every 2 weeks. The older (usually less expensive) formulations have to be given weekly.

Unfortunately, no. As another said, there are similar shots that are given less often.
