Born in USA, spent teen years hitchhiking across US, Canada, and Mexico. I would have liked to traveled to South America but wars in Central America kept me from trying that one.

Raised a Christian, became atheist at 11, just recently started to believe that a higher power exists, but definately not explainable by any of the conventional religions. I'd say I'm more spiritual than anything else, I'm certainly not religious.

Not quite sure what you are getting at.

I am American and yes I own a valid passport.

I am Roman Catholic.

I have visited Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Spain, France, Monaco, Italy and The Vatican City. I have also changed planes in Germany, but never left the airport. Does that count?

I was born in the US and I've been to Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, and The Philippines. The trip to the philippines required changing planes in Hong Kong but I didn't leave the airport so it really doesn't count. I'm atheist. I lived in Jamaica for over a year and stayed in the philippines for 8 months if that matters.

I live in England and I've been to France, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Hong Kong, Australia, America, Thailand.

Atheist. I can probably guess where you're going with the insular thinking thing but I think I'd be exactly the same if I'd never left old blighty.

I'd like to know your theory! Please email me with it.

YES I am currently outside my country of birth.
(I'm in Buddhist Thailand)

I have also been to Mexico, Canada, China...

I have no religion but I love and follow the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Oh, but I do go to church (and I love worshipping and hearing the Word of God and fellowship with others and sharing about Jesus...does that make me religious?)

PS born in the USA and reborn there too...but my family of origin is secular humanist and atheist religion

Scottish and I've travelled throughout Europe. I'm an atheist and that's entirely due to the fact that I live in a country that has consigned religion to the dust bin.
