Woa. That's a toughy. While you may be hurt by the fact that one of your siblings COMPLETELY pulled the wool over you for 7 years, make sure that you don't take any ill feelings out on the child. Make sure that he knows you love him and accept him. He's getting new family members too (!) and the reality of it could be a bit much for him.
I'd get to know him and spend some quality alone time with him.

how cool is that?! you don't have to DO anything except welcome into your family. i'm guessing you're a little nervous. so is he. take your time,get to know him and let him get to know you. who knows, maybe you'll be the COOL uncle he's always wanted. have fun
