No, you have absolutely no obligation to love me. If you wish to follow the teachings of Jesus, you will want to seek to love everybody, and if you considered me to be a brother in Christ, then not loving me would become a serious problem for you.
But apart from that, you have no obligation to love me. And even in the aforementioned circumstance, to say you actively love a person whom you have never met, seems kind of unreal.

You love because you expect to be loved.
You love because you want to fill yourself with positive emotions.
Unfortunately we allow ourselves to fill with hate, bitterness, and prejudices.
Just try for a day to keep hate and anger away from your behavior! You will be surprised!
And that is the essence of God.
God is not hate,

God is not revenge,
God is not punishment,
God is forgiveness,
God is love!
