If you could have, you should have called in or used a vacation or sick day,but if you cannot like me, then you drink a lot of water, grab some Advil, and later in the day eat something, take it from me, on more than one occasion has this happened to me, and I always used that method, and it has worked for others!

First of all drink lots of water it will help clear out your system. Also you need to cut back on the alcohol if you are still drunk this morning. Your body can only process the equivalent of 1 serving of alcohol an hour which means if it's morning and your are still feeling the effects you had way too much and it could be dangerous to your health if you drink that much too often. Also eat some food, this helps cut back on the effects as well. Do not consume cafeine/coffee it only multiplies the effects of alcohol in your system.

As a drinking enthusiast, I can tell you that drinking coffee will not clear your head. It will give you the jitters and it will make the alcohol smell that much stronger on your breath. Drink a some ice tea and take a BC powder and call me in the morning..

Been there. Done that. Nothing fun about it.
I feel your pain, sister! I vote that you go home at noon. But if you cannot, here's my advice: take it as easy as possible. Drink a lot of water and maybe take some Alka-Seltzer. For me, eating and takin Asprin has never worked. The only thing that worked for me was drinking H2O and sleeping. Since you cannot sleep (or can you?!), drink water.
Good luck!

Coffee and something fatty, greasy, and HOT to eat. I don't know why, but something about that combo makes me feel much more at ease when I get the spins.

Coffee will clear your head. Always works for me. Eat something, but nothing over the top that's gonna make you puke, like greasy breakfast food. Most of the time, before I go to sleep, I try and drink lots of water, and take some aspirin to make sure I'm not hungover the next morning.

How many times has this happened....First off, I don't care what anyone says...WATER IS KEY, you must re-hydrate your body, second, you must have food...I like to eat something like a bagel w/butter...I wouldn't suggest Chinese Food. Don't know if you're a smoker, but that does not help me...the worst part for me is the taste in my mouth...get some gum, something to get the taste outta your mouth....VISINE is crucial too. Alright, I sound like an alcoholic...

If you are lucky, and live in a town with an oxygen bar, that is by far the best. 15 minutes on Oxygen will make you feel better immediately.

Drink good quantity of water that would reduce alcohol in your liver but remember too much comsumption of water is life taking so be in little bit senses and drink not too much but good quantity of water. You'll have to take out all the alcohol from your body. I would also suggest you to such lemon that would help too...Don't consume chocolates or anything too sweet. Sugar would make you feel even more dizzy. Just relax and talk to some one on the phone just keep drinking water and taking out all the alcohol...I hope you know what I mean by taking out what you drink...lol
