cause i'm 13 and i feel really fat and i need to loose weight fast

It is never good to loose weight too fast. Since you are still growing the best way to lose weight is to start working out. Also watch what you eat. Don't change everything at once, but lets say every day you drink a glass of orange juice, well while orange juice has vitamin C it would be better if you ate a whole orange instead, it will make you feel mor efull longer, and it has less than half the calories of your glass of juice. If you drink soda every day, maybe drink one every other day, or switch to diet. When you eat cereal in the morning use a smaller bowl, the bowl will look full sending a message to the brain that you are eating a lot when in fact you are eating less. You should be able to make these changes without changing too much in your normal routine.

odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full

walking, drink lots of water, 64 ounces a day, eat every 2 hours about 100 calories snack, sugar free jello, cocoa, oatmeal, soup, meat and veggies once a day. 800-1000 cal a day

Eat less fatty foods, drink less sodas, excercise (walk, bike, whatever) for 30 mins. for 4 days a week, and drink lots of water.
