Coffee will stain your teeth with or without milk. It is the COFFEE that stains the teeth.

There is a point. But think your still get stained teeth. Have to see how much you drink and weigh up the pro and cons.

Well i think so because coffee is coffee. And with the soy milk even though its lighter the coffee will still do the same things to your teeth that it would do before without soymilk.

i think it will stain the same because if you think about it, it will still have the same amount of coffee in it.. the milk is added on top.. it doesnt dilute it or anything.. so i'd say it stains them all the same.. hope that helps!

I am a person that must have my coffee in the morning! There are many toothpastes that have whiteners in them. Using one of these should help keep your teeth from getting stained. You can also swish your mouth out with a cap full of peroxide mixed in a little (a tbls. or two) of water, and this will also keep your teeth bright. Just spit it out...don't swallow it.

i' am a dentist and milk does not change the fact that it's bad for your teeth i have found out that milk just makes it badder for your teeth so stop drinking coffee and switch to tea it's much nicer!!!!
