All you need to do is ask her if she wants to go for a drink sometime, if she makes an excuse then youve lost if she says yes take it from there

Yes!! ask her out!! She's smokes randomly. It's not as if she smokes 2 packs a day. On top of that she has a big heart. Its hard to meet people like that nowadays. Who knows, she might just give up the habit if you sweep her off her feet.

Are you sure you like her? If you are, write her a note. Don't freak her out with it like saying "i love you" or something else sappy. Just a short note that says your interested. If she doesn't totally freak out, its okay. then, buy her something small, again, not wanting to freak herout. but before u ask her, look at yourself in the mirror. if u were a girl, sould u like someone looking like that? if u can't decide, seek the help of some other girl if shes your friend. then take your small gift and give it to her.l ask her if she wants to go to a movie or dinner. if she says yes, good job. if she says no, better luck next time. just in case, you should bring a couple of things to the movie or whatever u ask her to: napkins, maybe a cigarette, money, kerchief, and maybe another small gift to give her at the end. make sure she will like the movie and give her the gift at the end!!! Hope it all works out!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should just ask her to go out on a date with her. And the fact that she smokes, what does that have to do with you asking her out? Nothing!

if you really like her, just walk up to her and ask her to dinner and a movie, smoking is not the end of the world, and if you really like her and you are not a smoker then you should be able to look past that part. just come right out and ask her..lots of girls like the straight forword guys, not those ones taht beat around the bush,.

Be a gentle man and ask her by giving a bouquet of flowers or chocolates and a card... and then when she smiles...ask.. can i see that smile thruout the evening..shall v go out for dinner;)!

Roll up a message so that it looks like a cigarette. On the message, ask her out for the date. Next time you see her wanting to light up, offer her a cigarette out of your pack and let her pick your "message cigarette."
