I would rather stay home than go out w/some1 I have no feelings for. Would u go anyway, I mean a good movie,dinner @ a nice romantic place, or your choice? I just never learned how to enjoy the company of a date that I had no attraction to.

When I was younger, I would go out with any guy who asked me just to go out for the night. Nine times out of ten, I was bored and couldn't wait for the night to end. Now that I'm older and wiser, I am more selective on whom I date. I would rather stay home with my cats and watch t.v. than to go out with just anyone. I go out by myself to dinner a lot and have no problem doing that. It's nice to be independent. I need a secure man who has the confidence to approach me first when I'm out by myself.

Well, I have to at least like the guy as a person. I try to give anyone a chance. He might seem shy at social gatherings, but get one on one, and he could be totally different. If a guy I know asks me on a date, and we're on good terms, I'll almost always say yes.

yeah i used to date just for the date,,it lets you meet different people, and you never know just becuase you are not attracted to them when they ask you, never means that you won't be after the date..thats how i met my Boyfriend, he asked me out, we went to the carnival and still together 6 and half years later..and i wouldn't change it for the world,,you have to be able to let yourself get to know these people so that you can find someone that you like...and if you find someone that you are attracted too they can turn out to be quite the jerk and then you find your self in a situation that you don't want to be in..try it a couple of times. just go out on a date with someone, and if you are really uncomfortable the first couple of times, make the date with another couple..that way if it is a reall bad date then at least you have a freidns there..trust me, i am speaking from experience. my first couple of dates were with another couple. and the four of us had fun. and just so happens that i found the one that i want oe be with for the rest of my life

I hate eating along so occasionally I ask a girl (sometimes a stranger, sometimes not) out to eat or maybe to go hiking or to a concert, It really dosn't meen anything it's just company and companionship.
