I believe you would like to know how to improve your memory.
I can tell you by knowledge and experience as I graduated nursing school with all A's! What you need to do is decrease fat in your diet because fat clogs arteries which lead to the brain. Yes diet plays a role in brain function and memory recall .Absolutely decrease fat as much as possible and replace with complex carbohydrates (brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc) include fish and of course vegetables and fruit .
Exercise plays a very important factor, for example if you are going to school and will be taking a test----what you need to do is exercise just before school. Walking is sufficient as long as it's at a good pace so you're getting oxygen directly to the brain which is a stimulant and stress reducer as well.If you can walk everyday or every other day (at least a mile or two) you will be amazed at your concentration level and memory recall. That's definately what gave me the excellent grades in school. I could not have done it without diet and fitness. Give it a try, I promise you it works. Good Luck!
